Cardross Golf Club ladies hold social events

THE ladies of Cardross Golf Club held two social events recently.

The first, a games night, provided lots of fun and entertainment for the participants. Steady hands, accurate pitching and putting, stylish bowling and good general knowledge were needed to win the coveted prizes.

The second, a supper evening, saw lady president Roberta Lees welcome Karyn Burns, golf psychologist and PGA pro, to the club.

The members and friends from local clubs were treated to a talk based on ‘The Simple Approach to Improving Your Golf’, which was delivered with plenty of hints and touches of humour.
