Ross hits back well

CARDROSS golfer Ross Bain carded rounds of 74, 67, 76 and 71 to finish 45th in last week’s Hero Honda India Open.
The 34-year-old battled back from a disappointing first round to take 67 and make it past the second day.
Bain pocketed $5200 to take himself to 55th in the Order of Merit. His total earnings for 2008 is $66,210. The top 60 retain their card and playing rights for the 2009 season.
