A DUMBARTON man has got his gloves on a new job as a goalkeeping coach with Glasgow giants and boyhood heroes Celtic.
Stevie Woods has been working with the Bhoys’ youth and academy teams during Gordon Strachan’s time at Parkhead, but has now made the step up to work with new Celtic boss Tony Mowbray.
He grew up playing youth football in the area and turned out for Dumbarton United, Clydebank and Old Kilpatrick Boys’ Clubs.
He then went on to enjoy a successful senior playing career that included spells with Hibernian and Motherwell.
