Seats still available for Dumbarton FC's Cowdenbeath trip

SEATS are still available on the Sons Supporters Trust's FREE buses to the crucial away game at Cowdenbeath next Saturday.

One bus is already fully booked and a list for a second one is well under way, thanks to the club financing the free transport for the fans.

Having won with the help of a fantastic away support at Stenhousemuir on Saturday, Sons are hoping the fans can help them again.

THE trust's end-of-season awards dance takes place on Saturday, May 2, at the Strathclyde Homes Stadium.

Tickets cost £5 and are available from any trust board member, or by contacting Alan Findlay on 07904 666014.

All the usual prizes will be presented on the night, including the Lennox Herald's Rock Star Trophy.

SONS' under-19s have a 100 per cent record so far in their League Cup section.

They have beaten Ayr United and Partick Thistle in their group, with the winners qualifying for the semi finals.

The under-17s had beaten Queen of the South and Stranraer in their section, but lost to Ayr United on Sunday.

The under-19s were due to play Montrose in a league match, but that game was called off.
