Free buses for the Dumbarton FC away fans

THE Sons Supporters Trust’s buses to Dumbarton’s away fixtures at Stenhousemuir, Cowdenbeath and Annan will be FREE to all fans.

The decision has been made to get as many supporters behind the team as possible in the final push for promotion.

Trust secretary and director Alan Findlay said: “The team is still in the hunt for promotion and it would help if as many supporters as possible could travel.

“The club is well-known for its fantastic away support, and hopefully free travel will encourage more people to attend for the final push.”

The dates are: Stenhousemuir – Saturday, April 4; Cowdenbeath – Saturday, April 18; Annan – Saturday, May 9.

There will still be a charge for the bus to the other remaining away fixture, at Forfar next Tuesday evening.
