OBVIOUSLY we were very disappointed at throwing another two points away against Forfar.
We had done so well in a lot of aspects of the game and got ourselves into a good position, but paid the penalty for not killing them off.
Outwith that, there were many very pleasing aspects of our performance, but it is so frustrating.
There is a long way to go and we will only know what impact these games are having at the end of the season.
We took the game to Forfar and dominated and it is disappointing not to have taken full advantage of the chances we had.
Again we were forced into changes and I don't know whether that upset the pattern but there are no excuses. We could have killed them off in the second half and didn't.
It is up to us to be stronger and to force ourselves on the game when the chips are down.
Dave McEwan was released from hospital on Saturday night. His family travelled up after he was taken to hospital with concussion, which he sustained through a blow to the head.
We didn't want to risk him for the second half and we are grateful to Forfar's club doctor who helped arrange for him to go to hospital.
This Saturday may be too early for Michael Dunlop to make his debut but we have a bounce game this week and the international break will allow more recovery time.
After the Annan game it will be time to sit down and look at where we are in comparison to where we want to be.
We are very disappointed at dropping points, but I can still confidently say that we will be in the promotion race.
