Dumbarton under-19s face East Stirling in cup

SONS' under-19 side will travel to face East Stirling in the second round of the Scottish Youth Cup.

The tie is scheduled for Sunday, October 12. The young Sons were knocked out of last year's tournament by Raith Rovers on penalties after a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, the under-17s gained a 4-4 draw in a friendly with SPL outfit Hamilton Accies last Tuesday.
