Dumbarton take on Forfar Athletic next

AFTER Saturday's excitement, Dumbarton head north this weekend to take on Forfar Athletic.

This will be another tough match, with ex-Dunfermline, Brechin and Partick Thistle boss Dick Campbell now in charge at Station Park.

The Loons have made a decent start to the campaign, having finished bottom of the third division last season.

But all of the 10 points they have gained have come away from home. They have so far lost to Cowdenbeath, Elgin City and Montrose at home without scoring, but Sons must not think that automatically means three points.

Kick-off is 3pm, with the Sons Supporters Trust's bus leaving the Strathclyde Homes Stadium at 11am.

There are still a few seats left on the bus, costing £8 for trust members and £11 for non-members. To book, call Tommy Hughes on 01389 758105.
