EASTFIELD Bowling Club recently celebrated its ladies section prize presentation and closing day.

The 2008 winners are as follows (runners up in brackets):

Championship: Ann Smith (Dorothy Heron): Silver Jack: Janet Struthers (Ann Smith); Lamont Trophy: Dorothy Heron (Janice Connolly); Eadie Trophy: Ann Smith and Jean Sinclair (Janice Connolly and Mona McLeod); Four-bowls Pairs: Nan Scott and Dorothy Heron (Bea Clifford and Janice Connolly); Two-bowl Pairs: Janet Struthers and Christine Brown (Bea Clifford and Marjory Dallas); Cathie Smith Pairs: Christine Brown and Jean MacGillivray (Bea Clifford and Janet Struthers); Triples: Jean Sinclair, Ann Smith and Jean MacGillivray (Mona MacLeod, Bea Clifford and Dorothy Heron); Rinks Winner: Nan Scott.
