Dumbarton schools football festival is a success

THRILLS and skills – that’s what P7 pupils from 14 West Dunbartonshire schools were treated to at last week’s football festival.

The youngsters headed for East End Park, Dumbarton, for an action-packed coaching session and tournament.

Organised by West Dunbartonshire Football Development section, in association with the Scottish Football Association and McDonald’s, the boys and girls got the chance to show their dribbling, goalscoring and their silky skills while having loads of fun and making new friends.
