A NIGHTMARE neighbour breached an ASBO by blasting out music – days after being sentenced to probation for ignoring the order.
Lorraine Douglas, 19, was put on probation for a year on September 30 this year after she admitted breaking the anti-social behaviour order on three separate occasion this year by having noisy parties at her home in McColl Avenue, Tullichewan. She had also admitted a breach of the peace and assault charges.
But despite being given a chance to mend her ways with the probation order, Douglas was arrested after having another party at her flat on October 17 this year.
Tom Brown, defending, said Douglas was now living with her parents in Redburn, Bonhill.
The solicitor said his client planned to give up the tenancy and was removing her property from the flat.
Sheriff Simon Fraser warned Douglas she could be sentenced to up to eight and a half years’ imprisonment on the charges.
He said: “I want to know that you have given up this tenancy. I’m deferring sentence in this case until December 23.”
